As a small business owner, I understand the impact a weak economy and an overly assertive government can have on Texas families. As an Air Force Veteran, I also have a profound respect for the importance of a properly constrained government. Not only do I love America, but I believe we are an exceptional people destined by God for great things.
As a husband and father, I understand the importance of faith. My bride of more than 16 years, Nicole and I are reminded daily of how important a genuine respect for life is as we raise our adopted children, Hannah, 5, and Joshua, 3. We are active members of Alamo Heights United Methodist Church where I have taught Sunday School for the Foundations young couples class.
Our nation needs True Patriots to stand on the side of Good -- lest Evil prevail. And while we rejoice in our assurance that God has indeed fixed the ends, He has also ordained the means.
